I. Opening

The services and goods offered by Majestic Security & Manpower Supplies are subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms will govern your use of our website and any services we provide, including but not limited to security, labor, and equipment.

2. Eligibility for Services and Compliance

Only clients who follow all relevant rules, such as the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005 (PSARA), will be supplied with services.

Customers agree not to use our services for illegal or unauthorized activities and to give only accurate, full, and truthful information.

If Majestic Security determines that the customer is in violation of any laws or these Terms, we have the right to refuse or cancel services.

3. Payment and Service Delivery

The terms, conditions, and duration of the services are defined in the confirmed booking or agreement.

According to the terms agreed upon, all payments must be made. Service suspension or termination may occur in the event of a payment delay.

Changes to taxes or the minimum wage are examples of legislative responsibilities that could cause prices to rise or fall.

4. Duties and Behavior

Majestic Security can only provide efficient service delivery if the customer or organization provides the access and resources needed.

The security guards will always act in a professional manner, wear the appropriate uniforms, and obey any reasonable directions given by the customer, within the bounds of legality.

No member of the security personnel shall be requested or authorized to engage in any unlawful activity beyond the scope of their employment.

5. Data and Confidentiality

Any information supplied during service will be kept strictly confidential by both the client and the company.

We strictly adhere to our Privacy Policy and will never use your personal information for anything other than meeting your service needs.

6. Liability Restrictions

Although Majestic Security handles all matters with utmost care and follows industry standards, it cannot be held liable for any harm or loss caused by events outside its control.

The maximum amount that can be held liable for direct damages is the amount that was paid for the service during that specific period.

7. Discontinuation

According to the terms of the agreement, either party can end the service by giving the other party written notice. Clearance of all pending payments is required before termination.

8. Legal Framework

The laws of India shall control and interpret these Terms.
